Exosome Isolation Kit
An exosome isolation kit based on the ‘calcium switch-on/off’ mechanism through magnetic separation has been launched by SOL Bio. An exosome species containing a marker of target cancer (e.g., CD63 for malignant melanoma) can be isolated from bulk exosome population and used as a sample for detecting the cancer. This kit may be useful for diagnosing a cancer at an early stage to increase 5-year survival rates.
